Comments regarding care
1. Confirmation of the order acceptance means a binding obligation for the Caregiver to perform it

2. NannyExpress should be informed about any cancellation of the order no later than 5 hours before its commencement
*
3. Failure to inform NannyExpress in accordance with point 2) and failure to appear on the execution of the order shall result in charging the Caregiver by NannyExpress with an additional fee in the amount of twice the gross remuneration for the given order

4. The Guardian is not allowed to enter into any contractual relationship with the Ordering Party except for NannyExpress. In the event of a breach of this rule, the Guardian will be charged an additional fee of PLN 5,000.
